The correct answer is B. In Flowers v. Carville, a 9th Circuit Court ruled that Gennifer Flowers’ holding a press conference to discuss her story about an affair with the presidential candidate constituted a voluntary action on her part to “get involved,” thus inviting criticism, however harsh, from Clinton’s people.
